Full buffet meal, drinks, DJ as well as all facility's included in the price.(Lockers and Towels separate) Members may not use their own locks - these will be removed unless the locker has been paid for
Bookings and Invitations ONLY apply from www.clubrome.co.za No invitation or registration means No entry. Please do NOT bring unregistered friends with on your registration they will be turned away.
NB An invitation IS REQUIRED to attend for the first time. NO EXCEPTIONS
If you have never attended a Club Rome evening event, please register on-line first, where we will send an invitation to selected registration.
This IS a verification party for first time attendance on invitations.
Times: Club doors open 7:30pm for night and introduction starts at 8:30 pm. Bar and door closes between 2-3am dependant on members and Main Club area closes at 4am. People should be in rooms from this time!
Sleep overs are permitted for those that cannot drive, have a long way to travel. Please vacate the club by 8.00am so staff can prepare for the next event. The Club does have showers for those traveling far.
Please note discounts ONLY apply to clubrome.co.za online bookings and NOT phone ins, emails, sms's, comments box or other sites! New members with an invite cannot book, just bring your invite with.
Discounts - If you have booked online on the CLUB ROME website BEFORE 12 midnight on Friday before the party:
Couples - R600
Single Guys - R400
Single Ladies - R200
If you HAVE NOT booked online or unable to book online or HAVE NOT booked by 12 midnight Friday before the party:
Couples - R700
Single Guys - R450
Single Ladies - R250
If you have attended the day party and want to stay for evening party - extra R100.
Dress Code: Gents - NO SHORTS, SLOPS, SANDALS, TRACKSUITS (Unless suited to theme). Smart casual, Jeans, T Shirts (provided not sloppy), closed shoes accepted
Ladies - NO TRACKSUITS (unless suited to theme). Smart casual, shorts, theme dress all accepted provided not sloppy appearance.
Club Rome reserves to right to turn away any person not dressed to a fair standard. DRESS CODE WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED
